At Meal Hub, we take the safety and quality of our vendors very seriously. We have strict guidelines in place to ensure that the restaurants we partner with meet our high standards. First and foremost, we require all potential vendors to have a clean track record when it comes to food safety. This means no marks against them on their health score. We verify this information through thorough checks with health officers to guarantee that our customers are always in safe hands. In addition to prioritizing food safety, we also assess the ethical practices of our vendors. It is essential for us that they put our customers' safety first and uphold ethical standards in their operations. Furthermore, we make sure that our vendors have the necessary equipment to preserve the quality of their dishes at all costs. Quality is key for us, and we want to ensure that every meal served through Meal Hub meets our high-quality standards. Lastly, we evaluate whether our vendors can handle the volume of orders efficiently while maintaining timely service. We understand the importance of prompt delivery and aim to work with vendors who can serve our customers in a timely manner without compromising on quality.
How can we benefit you?
School
- We allow you to order up until 1:00 PM the day before your delivery as well as make any modifications.
- We provide graphic menus to show you what to expect and help smaller more selective children choose what to eat.
- You can search menus by criteria such as allergens and certain diets.
- We choose vendors who meet our high standards that can provide quality, timely delivery and ease of mind.
- Admins can choose their vendors through our vendor portal that allows them to see store profile that provides things rating, health certificate, awards, department of health score and even the profiles on the team that handles their meals.
- Admins will be able to place for all 5 days: Monday-Friday. Their food vendors as well as their drink and snack vendors.
- Our Vendors will sort orders by your choice. We can break it down by lunch period, grades, home room and even alphabetical order. We want to make things Grab n’ go!
- Our program provides seamless payments through Stride and Apple Pay, accepting all majors credit cards. No more collecting payments!
Business
- We allow you to order up until 1:00 PM the day before your delivery as well as make any modifications.
- Admins can choose for all 7 days their food, drink and snacks vendors.
- Our vendors will sort by your choices. We can break it down by certain buildings, floors, departments and even teams!
- Bring variety to your cafeteria! We will allow you to change your vendors quarterly or stick to your favorites. However you would like!
- Would you like to order catering for you meeting/event or team? Easily place it through our vendor portal. No more asking around and taking order forms. We will do all the coordinating for you! Send an email link to your coworkers to make their choices and we will gather all the information for you! You can even set a budget, we will help you work with it!
Sports Arena
Let us help your Arena sales and waist by guaranteed sales. Have your fans order via QR code or ahead online! Our vendors will distribute by sections as well as rows and seats.
Teams
- Let us help with any of your posts, lift, pre and post games meals as well as any flight or bus meal.
- You’ll be able to have free range of your vendor wether it’ll be snacks, drink or food. Our vendors will deliver whenever as well as whatever you need!
- Let us handle the coordinating: upload a seat map of your transportation and we will give you option to select their seats ahead of time as well as food and drinks. Our vendors then will go and place the bags accordingly. All you need to do is load up n’ go!
- Your nutritionist will be able to order team snacks ahead to be loaded onto the transportation by our vendors.

My Meal Hub is founded and operated by a group of former Chick-fil A Directors who have perfected the systems and procedures in order to provide quality meals while maintaining accuracy and providing the best service we can every single time. We took feedback from our regular clients to compete against our competitors and hopefully provide an unbelievably superior service! We strive to always go above and beyond for our customers and vendors.
